Refund policy

We are happy to refund or exchange purchases which are returned within 14 days of receipt, excluding any pierced jewellery, underwear, fragrances, soaps, candles and made to order items *. All items must be returned unused in their original condition and packaging. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been worn before. Returns must be shipped back to ANOOA or the brand via a tracked service. Once your return has been received, the refund will be processed within 2-3 working days. The sender is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Mise Label & Calomel:
Please note products from these brands are eligible for exchange only. To maintain hygiene standards, kindly wear swimwear over your undergarments without removing the protective sticker. When returning, ensure all tags and labels are still attached. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for swimwear that has been worn or displays any signs of marks, stains, or pulls.
