Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your ANOOA purchase. If you need to return an item, please see the relevant information below for in-store and online purchases.
In-store purchases
For purchases made in our physical store, ANOOA offers a 14-day return or exchange period.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of purchase
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- In their original, undamaged packaging, where applicable
- Accompanied with the receipt
We are unable to accept returns for pierced jewellery, underwear, fragrances, soaps or candles, unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
Where an eligible item is returned within 14 days, we are happy to offer an exchange, subject to availability.
If the replacement item is of a different value, any difference in price will need to be paid or refunded as appropriate.
Online purchases
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on purchases returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of pierced jewellery, underwear, fragrances, soaps, candles or made-to-order items.*
Returns can be made in store at ANOOA or sent to us using a tracked delivery service. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the sender.
We will process eligible refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
*Made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Items excluded from change-of-mind returns
For hygiene, safety or bespoke-product reasons, the following items are excluded from our change-of-mind returns policy:
- Pierced jewellery
- Underwear
- Fragrances
- Soaps
- Candles
- Made-to-order or personalised items
These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights. If an excluded item is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, please contact us and we will assess the appropriate remedy.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. If an item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible.
Depending on the circumstances and when the fault is discovered, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where an item is damaged or incorrect when received, please contact us as soon as possible and, provide photographs of the item and packaging.
How to return an item
In store
Eligible in-store returns can be brought to ANOOA during our normal opening hours. This includes online purchases.
Bring your e-receipt with you otherwise we will not be able to process your refund.
By post
Online returns should be sent using a tracked delivery service to the return address provided by ANOOA.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item where the return is due to a change of mind, unless otherwise stated.
Retain your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be made using the original payment method.
For in-store returns, refunds will normally be processed within 2–3 working days of the return being accepted.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
*Swimwear
To maintain hygiene standards, kindly wear swimwear over your undergarments without removing the protective sticker. When returning, ensure all tags and labels are still attached. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for swimwear that has been worn or displays any signs of marks, stains, or pulls.
