Shipping policy

ANOOA is a store connecting independent designers with conscious customers. Please note that ANOOA only takes a small commission on sales, and in order to financially support individual designers, ANOOA cannot provide free shipping and free returns.

Standard and fast-track shipping options are available. All orders are shipped worldwide with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched you will be updated with the tracking code. Please be aware that some products are shipped directly from the designers, therefore if you have purchased products from more than one brand, they may arrive at separate times. In such instance, you will be provided with the correct amount of tracking codes. Our shipping fees are automated on location so if you experience high shipping fees when adding multiple products to your basket, please do get in touch as we may be able to organise a lower shipping fee for you.

We are unable to accept responsibility for any delays during transit and customs clearance, however customers are advised to get in touch so that we can urgently look into any severe delays.

Please note that shipping times vary based on individual brands. Please see the individual product page for the relevant shipping information. 

The below applies to ready to ship products from the UK:

UK standard: 3-5 working days
UK fast-track: 1-3 working days
EU: 5-7 working days
USA (World Zone 3): 9-12 working days
Rest of world: 9-12 working days

TAXES & DUTIES

The final product price and shipping costs include taxes. Please note that depending on your order and country, you may be liable to pay import duties on receipt of your order. Any customs duties and handling costs that may have been charged to the recipient, by order of the customs office, will not be refunded by ANOOA, even in the case that the articles should be returned.
