Mariola Homoncik’s work explores the relationship between the human body and fabric drape. Collections are created using excess materials and fabric cut-offs and feature asymmetric designs with unique suture and seam formations. This allows each piece to be totally unique from the other, encouraging a sense of spontaneity and freedom to seep through the pieces, despite their seemingly rigid form.
